My Orders

The My Orders page allows you to view your complete order history, track payment status, and manage subscription billing through Stripe.

Overview

The My Orders interface provides a comprehensive view of all your payment transactions, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. You can track order status, view payment details, and manage subscription billing directly from this page.

Order Information Display

Order Details

Each order entry shows:

  • Order Number: Unique order identifier
  • Email: Payment email address
  • Product Name: Name of the purchased product or service
  • Amount: Payment amount with currency
  • Interval: Payment frequency (one-time, monthly, yearly)
  • Payment Date: When the payment was completed
  • Billing Management: Link to manage subscription billing

Order Status

Orders are displayed with their current status:

  • Paid Orders: Successfully completed payments
  • Subscription Orders: Recurring payment subscriptions
  • One-time Orders: Single payment transactions

Subscription Management

Stripe Billing Portal

For subscription orders, you can:

  • Manage Billing: Access Stripe's billing portal
  • Update Payment Method: Change credit card or payment method
  • Cancel Subscription: Stop recurring payments
  • View Billing History: Access detailed billing records
  • Download Invoices: Get payment receipts

Billing Portal Access

  1. Find your subscription order in the list
  2. Click "Manage Billing" link
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure billing portal
  4. Make changes to your subscription
  5. Return to your orders page
